Hotel Address - Ravda

Let me start with the fact that in Ravda there is no other hotel even remotely close to this one on the level of design. Pluses - The check in went smooth, fast and friendly. Our room was ready when we arrived, even before the official check in time at 14. They had our booking and all the details ready so all felt very well prepared. - there are buttons above your nightstand to turn different lights on/off. So different lightning scenes are possible. Personally really like the sleep button that just turns everything off👌 - In the corridor there is a display that manages light in the bathroom and the room itself. You can also set “please, clean” or “Do Not disturb” options there. - It’s super close to the beach. Like a 2 minute walk! - The TVs are smart. So you can login with your Netflix/Apple account with no problem and watch your own shows. A big plus for me. - Loved the little garden in front of the hotel, especially at night. Very pretty - There is a mini bar, big wardrobe with hangers and a gym - Led bathroom mirror with a defogger system so you can use it even it after steamy shower. - Restaurant is modern and well decorated. Quite a lot of space and already popular, full almost every night. Really liked their Cesar salad. Improvement points - It would be great to add a simple coffee machine with capsules/a kettle - The safe (even though present) was not mounted to anything. So you could simple just take it with you with all the belongings which kills the point of a safe. - No beach towels available - The lighting in the room is mostly white. I think it would look cozier with warm yellow tones - Breakfast was not our favourite time of the day. The eggs were always cold as well as pancakes. Coffee machines are located in the corner in the same passage where waiters need to go to bring the dirty plates back. Seems illogical to me since many people use coffee machines, creates quite a crowd during pick times. I could really use some yoghurt plus musli options with honey/nuts, there was only milk available. - Service was inconsistent. There were severally people that were friendly and helpful and several that really didn’t want to be there. - The power socket next to the bed is a narrow one. Which means you can’t iron (you can ask for an iron at the reception) on your bed since it won’t fit. The iron has a normal circle shape, only fits in the corridor. So we ended up struggling to iron things on the chair. - Entrance doors are heavy and make a lot of noise if other guests don’t hold them while closing. Can be disturbing in the evening. - When dining with a group (6 people). All the dishes have arrived at different times. So some of us were already fully done eating when some were still waiting for their main dish. Waiting time was also too long. To sum up, this new hotel is definitely a great addition to the Ravda hotel scene. There is no better alternative in the price range in this area. We would be back but breakfast should definitely be reconsidered/reorganized to meet up the expectations.

Magnificent place. The entire hotel smells clean and looks clean. The food is spectacular and thoroughly consistent. The room we stayed in entirely modern and clean. It has fantastic lighting inside if you want to keep the curtains closed. Outlets to satisfy nearly any type of charger type you have and a separate USB port if it doesn’t work. Super close to several beaches and employees were always kind and professional. Simple, elegant, clean, fresh, 5-stars for any family wanting a place of peace to make memories. We enjoyed it our three night stay so much we decided to stay another night. Our first time here but certainly not our last! Thank you Hotel Address and staff.

Great hotel in a very good location. The accommodation came to us freshly after construction. The whole hotel is new, clean and fresh. Reception and cleaning service - great. The restaurant deserves an additional opinion, which should be rated 10/10. Fast service, delicious food, very good prices and local ingredients that were fresh. In addition, we had the pleasure of being served by a waitress named Gergana, who made us feel special. She spoke to us every day in a polite and unique way. Great employee! I have no comments, the hotel is of a high European standard. Noteworthy is also the presence of the owner, who cared about the quality of service and the facility.

Very stylish modern hotel with pool, gym and free parking included, good breakfast. Great location just 2 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes by car to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Recently opened. Very friendly personnel. Great restaurant with reasonable prices and lots of seafood. One of the few places in the area where you feel that owner invested into interior and exterior design
